FR Coating is a removable type intumescent epoxy PFP system.
Suitable for site installation
- Can be assembled on site after valve and actuator are installed on pipeline.
Easy assembly and disassembly with general tools
- Parts can be repaired and replaced.
- The design of the intumescent casting comes in pre-cut sectional type and is assembled / secured with external fixing screws supplied with the FR Coating.

- Lloyd's Register test certificate as per hydrocarbon fire (1093 oC)
- Lloyd's Register Type approval certificate as per ISO22899-1 Jet fire.
- Lloyd's Register test certificate of 2.0 bars gas explosion test.
